Returns

The short version

For a change-of-mind return, request a refund or exchange within 7 days after delivery. The piece must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original box and pouch. Nomi pays return postage.

How to start a return

1. Contact us at nomiofficalwork@gmail.com or through the Contact page with your order number and a photo.
2. We aim to reply within 1 business day with return shipping instructions. Please do not send an item before receiving them.
3. Return the piece in its original box and pouch using the instructions we provide. Nomi covers the return shipping cost.
4. After the parcel reaches us and is checked, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Change-of-mind exclusions

• Pieces that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Pieces returned without the original packaging.
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.

These conditions do not restrict your rights or remedies for a defective, misdescribed, incorrect, or late item under applicable consumer law.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Contact us with your order number and a photo. Nomi covers return shipping and will offer a replacement where possible or a full refund. No 48-hour photo deadline limits your statutory rights.

A note on one-of-one pieces

Because most designs are made once, an exchange for the identical piece is usually impossible. We will offer the closest available alternative or a full refund, your choice.
